LeadMaster has all the fields common to any company for managing sales leads and tracking customers. But every company is unique and has individual needs for tracking information. To help customize the system for individual needs, LeadMaster has fields called ‘Special Interest’ fields. These are user-definable fields that can be one of 3 formats; single select, multiple select or simple text fields.
When the special interest fields are setup as single select they are available for charting. Once the special interest fields are charted, the chart can be saved to the dashboard.
Here’s how it works. In this example I’m interested in seeing a chart of prospective real estate purchasers and the number of bedrooms they want. First I do a search of prospective purchasers.
Next I select the menu item ‘Chart Search Results’ and select the special interest field that I’m interested in charting. In this case it is ‘Number of Bedrooms’.
After selecting the ‘Number of Bedrooms’ field and clicking submit, the chart is produced. if I’d like to see this chart on my dashboard I click on the menu ‘Save to Dashboard’ or if I’d like to save it for future use I can click on ‘Create Shortcut’ and a link to this chart will be placed in the ‘Shortcuts’ menu available on the home page.
